Willemstad, Curaçao is not only one of the most beautiful cities I have ever seen but it is also a World Heritage Site (UNESCO). It was established in the 1630s when the Dutch captured the city from Spain. Took this a few hours ago and it is perhaps one of the most favorite photos I have ever taken. Makes my eyes fill with tears from how beautiful this moment was tonight.

The Queen Emma Bridge on the island of Curaçao was built in 1888 and is the world’s largest floating bridge. The bridge swings open regularly to let vessels into the harbor. While opened, pedestrians can use a free ferry service. Taken a few hours ago while the bridge was in the process of getting ready to swing open.
