As , I am one of eleven bloggers who were chosen to be part of the inaugural Sony Club. This is especially exciting news since I have been an avid Sony camera user since I started seriously pursuing photography. Being part of this team involves getting to review existing and future Sony products as well as getting to work with the brand in a close capacity with some truly spectacular people.
If you have been reading this blog for a while, you know how feverishly I have been aching to travel and so you can probably just imagine how excited I was to get the news that our first Sony Club experience would be in San Diego, California where we would not only get to meet each other for the first time but also get to meet and hang out with various members of Sony at their headquarters.

Upon arriving in my room at the W Hotel, I was not only greeted with a beautiful room, but there was a Sony care package waiting on the bed:
Dropping my bags to the ground, I proceeded to go through the bag which contained our itinerary for the next few days as well as a plethora of fun snacks and this:
Yes. That is exactly what it looks like! It is a Sony lens mug complete a Sony Alpha lens cap! Smiling from ear to ear, I proceeded downstairs to the hotel lobby to meet up with a few of the bloggers that I had just literally met for the first time minutes before.
We had a bit of time before the official dinner later that night. So, we proceeded to go straight to Coronado Island to see the Pacific Ocean.
That is indeed the Hotel Del Coronado. It’s the hotel that was in….(click the read more link to read and see the rest of this long post including: Sea Lions! Chairs on Fire! Horses! …)
